Built from the Ground Up
A Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop
Saturday, September 12 · Yoga View, Chicago · 90 minutes · $45
Most people think of the core as abs. Real core strength — the kind that keeps you moving, stable, and pain-free — starts much deeper. The pelvic floor is the foundation of the entire core system, and for most of us it's the piece nobody's ever explained.
This 90-minute workshop is a clear, practical introduction to how the pelvic floor actually works: its relationship to your breath, your core, and the way you move through your day. We'll cover the things that rarely get talked about out loud — leaking, pressure, low back pain, loss of confidence in your own body — and what to do about them.
No prior yoga experience needed. Come as you are.
You'll leave with:
Pelvic floor anatomy in plain language
Breath and pelvic floor coordination you can use immediately
A clear sense of neutral pelvis and true core engagement
Honest answers about when and how Kegels may or may not serve you
A take-home reference guide
